Refund policy
Every Halden Duo 4K comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee, counted from the day your order is delivered. Install it, drive with it and use it for two months. If it is not for you, send it back for a full refund.
The dash cam and the rear camera also carry a 2-year warranty.
How to return it

Please use a tracked shipping service and keep your receipt until your refund arrives.
Return shipping
- If you have changed your mind, you pay the return shipping.
- If the dash cam or rear camera is defective, we pay the return shipping and refund you in full. We send you a prepaid label, or refund your shipping cost.
Installed and used is fine
You can install the camera, use the stickers, tuck the cables and drive with it, and still send it back within the 60 days. Please peel the camera off the windshield gently and send back every part that came in the box.
Please keep the box. It is the safest way to ship the camera back to us.
SD cards
A Halden SD card bought with your dash cam can be returned with it under the 60-day money-back guarantee. SD cards are covered against defects for 1 year from delivery.
Copy any footage you want to keep before you send a card back. We wipe every returned card and cannot recover anything from it.
The 2-year warranty
If the dash cam or the rear camera develops a defect within 2 years of delivery, we repair it or send you a replacement, free of charge. We cover the shipping both ways.
Email us with your order number and a short description of the problem. A photo or a short video of the fault helps us fix it faster. Many problems are fixed by a setting or a new SD card, so we may suggest a quick check first.
The warranty does not cover accidental damage, theft, damage from a 24V supply used without a converter, damage from a power cable other than the ones in the box, or a camera that has been opened or taken apart.
The Lifetime Warranty
If you added the Lifetime Warranty to your order, your dash cam and rear camera are covered against defects for as long as you own them. We repair or replace a defective camera, and we pay the shipping.
The Lifetime Warranty covers defects only. It does not cover accidental damage or theft. It stays with the original buyer and the original order.
Damaged or defective on arrival
If your camera arrives damaged, or does not work when you first install it, email us within 30 days of delivery. You choose a replacement or a full refund, and we pay the return shipping.
Your other rights
The 60-day money-back guarantee, the 2-year warranty and the Lifetime Warranty are given in addition to any rights you have under the law of your state. They do not limit those rights.
