Cancellation policy
You can cancel your order at any time. How it works depends on whether your order has shipped yet.
Before your order ships
Email [email protected] with your order number and ask us to cancel. If it has not shipped yet, we cancel it and refund you in full right away.
After your order ships
Once a package is on its way, we cannot stop it. Let it arrive, then email us. You have 60 days from delivery under our money-back guarantee.
We email you the return address and a return reference. We refund you in full within 14 days of receiving the goods back. You pay the return shipping on a change of mind. We pay it if the item is defective.
Changing your order
If you want to add an SD card, remove an item or change your address, email us as soon as you can. We can make most changes before your order ships.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the card or wallet you paid with. We send the refund within 14 days. Your bank may then take a few business days to show it. If your card has been replaced, your bank passes the money to the new card.
